Nature of the Service

TillCoin facilitates the conversion of cash deposits made at Partner Stores into a printed receipt bearing a unique redemption code, which may later be redeemed through the Service for a designated cryptocurrency asset, subject to these Terms. TillCoin acts solely as an intermediary facilitator between Partner Stores and Redeemers and does not custody cash on behalf of any User beyond the time reasonably required to process a deposit and issue a receipt.

Eligibility

Use of the Service is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in their jurisdiction of residence. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.

Deposits and Receipts

Cash deposits are accepted only at Partner Stores and only in the amount and currency reflected on the printed receipt at the time of deposit. The receipt, together with its associated redemption code, is the sole evidence of a deposit recognized by TillCoin.

Receipts are bearer instruments. Possession of a valid receipt and its redemption code is treated by TillCoin as conclusive proof of entitlement to redeem the associated deposit value. TillCoin has no mechanism to verify the original depositor's identity from the receipt alone and undertakes no obligation to do so. A lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed receipt cannot be reissued, replaced, or recovered under any circumstances, and TillCoin bears no liability for any resulting loss.

Redemption codes must be presented in full and unaltered. TillCoin reserves the right to refuse redemption of any code that appears duplicated, tampered with, or otherwise irregular, pending internal review.

Redemption Window

Redemption codes are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of deposit printed on the receipt. Codes not redeemed within this window are forfeited in full, and no refund, extension, or credit will be issued.

Redemption Paths and Wallet Verification

At the time of redemption, the Redeemer must select one of two redemption paths:

(a) Identity-Verified Redemption. The Redeemer completes TillCoin's identity verification process and redeems to a wallet address controlled by the Redeemer. As part of this process, TillCoin may require the Redeemer to cryptographically sign a verification message using the destination wallet, in order to demonstrate control of the wallet's public address before funds are released. TillCoin does not request, accept, or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery credentials under any circumstances, for any redemption path. Any communication purporting to request such credentials on TillCoin's behalf should be treated as fraudulent and reported to TillCoin support immediately.

(b) Anonymous Redemption. The Redeemer supplies only a destination wallet address, without completing identity verification. TillCoin undertakes no obligation to verify that the supplied address is controlled by the person presenting the receipt, and redemption to an incorrect or mistyped address is final and non-recoverable.

Wallet Use

As part of any redemption, TillCoin collects the destination wallet's public address (and, where identity verification is selected, a signed verification message from that address, per Section 5(a)). TillCoin requests the public address for the following purposes:

(a) Directing funds correctly. The public address is the destination to which the redeemed cryptocurrency, less applicable fees, is sent. Without it, TillCoin has no way to deliver the redemption.

(b) Compliance and recordkeeping. TillCoin retains the public address associated with each redemption as part of its transaction records, in order to satisfy recordkeeping obligations consistent with its registration as a money services business, to respond to lawful requests from regulators or law enforcement, and to support internal review of transactions under Section 8 (Prohibited Uses).

(c) Screening. TillCoin may check a submitted public address against publicly available sanctions and law-enforcement watch lists before releasing funds, and may delay or refuse a redemption where an address appears on such a list.

A public address only ever identifies where funds should be sent — it cannot be used to move funds out of a wallet. As stated in Section 5(a), TillCoin never requests, accepts, or stores a private key, seed phrase, or wallet recovery credential, for any redemption path, for any reason.

Fees

A commission is deducted from the redeemable transaction value and must be satisfied by transfer to the wallet address displayed to the Redeemer during the redemption flow before the remaining balance is released:

Fees are calculated on the full redeemable value of the transaction and are non-refundable once transferred, regardless of whether the redemption is subsequently completed, cancelled, or flagged for review. Network fees charged by the applicable blockchain (BTC, USDC on Solana, or USDT on Tron) are separate from, and in addition to, the TillCoin commission, and are the sole responsibility of the Redeemer.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service in connection with any deposit or redemption derived from unlawful activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or the proceeds of fraud. TillCoin reserves the right to delay, suspend, or permanently refuse any redemption where it reasonably suspects a violation of this section, and to report such activity to relevant authorities in accordance with its regulatory obligations.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TillCoin does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that redemption values will correspond to the market value of the selected cryptocurrency asset at any particular time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TillCoin, its officers, directors, employees, and Partner Stores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of anticipated earnings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall TillCoin's aggregate liability to you exceed the fee amount paid by you in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TillCoin and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.

Changes to These Terms

TillCoin may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version to this page. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nature of This Site

TillCoin is not a real, operating, or registered company, money services business, or financial institution. This website, including all pages, receipt designs, and described services, is a non-functional technology demonstration and does not process actual cash deposits, issue actual redemption codes, or transmit actual cryptocurrency. Any resemblance to real registration numbers, license numbers, or identifiers is coincidental and fictional. Use of this site is entirely at the visitor's own discretion and risk.
